A Participant can apply for retirement at the normal retirement age of 65, with no less than five years of vested employment with TMSEL to qualify for a pension benefit payment.  A Participant can apply for early retirement at the age of 55 with no less than five years of vested employment  with TMSEL to qualify for a pension benefit payment.
