Transit Management of Southeast Louisiana, was established in 1986 and ceased operating on August 31, 2009. The Board of Trustees and the Plan Administrator, serve as the fiduciaries for the Transit Management of Southeast Louisiana Retirement Income Plan. The Plan is intended to satisfy the requirements of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”) and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, including regulations issued by the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor. The Plan and the Trust are subject to the laws of Louisiana to the extent not governed by federal law.
