🛌 Accommodation & Cost Structure

They strictly adhere to a “no overcrowding” policy, ensuring a comfortable living environment for all residents. The house contains 5 bedrooms total, and 2 full bathrooms.

🧺 House Amenities & Comfort

Residents have access to the full house and a range of essential amenities designed for independent living. Products and items needed for cleaning duties are provided, in addition to toilet paper and hand soap for guests use. New guests searching for employment are provided hygiene.

  • Kitchen & Food Storage: You will be assigned personal dry goods storage space for your supplies, in addition to dedicated space in our shared refrigerators in our fully equipped kitchen.
  • Laundry: They provide a guaranteed working washer and dryer for guest use. Detergent and products for newguests in progress of seeking employment, is provided.
  • Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home.
  • Televisions: Each bedroom has one large television.
  •  Personal Belongings: You are assigned dressers, under bed totes, closet space, and a large garage shelf to keep your personal belongings nearby and organized.
  • Large Back Yard and Patio: You can enjoy the horseshoe pit, BBQ grill and ample room for outside activities in their large backyard.
  • Parking & Transportation: There is ample street parking. For those with bicycles or small electric assistance transportation, we have space to securely store your device in the garage.

The peace and sobriety of the home are top priorities. They are focused on providing an environment where you can thrive.

  • Sobriety Testing: Residents must test clean unless temporarily on prescribed medications.
  • Behavioral Policy: They maintain a zero tolerance policy for acts of aggression, verbal abuse, or tirades.
  • Focus on Service: The house is full of incredible men who are practicing the principles of recovery and believe in “service to others”. You will find a strong support group here.
  • Family Space: They provide a safe, separate space for visitation with your family to promote healthy reunification.
  • Sorry, they do not accept guests who are 290 offenders.
