First Steps:

Book your online or in-person Complimentary Consultation

We’ll spend about 15 minutes determining whether we are a good fit to work together. If not, we will provide a referral that best aligns with your immediate needs. If we are a good mutual fit, we can begin right away.

Step Two:

Creating an Individualized, Custom Wellbeing Plan

Book a 90-minute comprehensive evaluation, either online or in person when possible. During this session, Jennifer and our team will review your health history and use the results from the Bio-Well™ assessment to co-create a personalized wellness plan that addresses your specific symptoms and goals. Whether you are seeking support for a serious illness, a stressful life event, or end-of-life planning, we are here to provide guidance as your wellbeing specialists, coaches, compassionate listeners, and accountability and spiritual-care partners.

Step Three:

Ongoing 1-on-1 Support

As our client, you receive continuous education and support for your body, mind, spirit, and emotions. Regular sessions allow us to stay connected to your progress and adjust your plan as needed. We ensure you receive honest, science-based information to help you make informed decisions throughout your wellness journey.

Advanced, Science-Based Evaluation of Your Biofield

Jennifer is among the thousands of licensed clinicians and practitioners worldwide who utilize the Bio-Well™ device in their daily treatment plans. This quick, non-invasive, easy-to-use test can be performed almost anywhere by taking energetic readings from your fingertips and takes just a few minutes. Clients receive a 22-page, easy-to-understand color report, followed by a comprehensive evaluation and a customized treatment plan from Jennifer.

Personalized Wellbeing Walking Trail

We create a confidential, customized wellbeing plan tailored specifically to each client. The plan includes guidance and holistic therapies designed to help relax, reduce stress, and improve overall mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Your plan is continually adjusted and refined during each session as progress is made.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions

During regular online, in-person, or phone coaching sessions, Jennifer and our team explore your current stage on your journey, identify challenges, and determine the support needed to address immediate concerns while progressing toward long-term goals. Life is dynamic, and so is your wellbeing journey. Regular coaching ensures we remain up-to-date and on track.

Team Approach

Clients always meet with Jennifer, and she is available to communicate with your traditional healthcare or hospice team to provide valuable, honest input, ensuring holistic care for maximum symptom relief, comfort, and peace of mind.

Areas of Support: Body, Mind, Spirit, and Emotions

  • Serious Illness– Support for illnesses that are not terminal but require additional care, also known as Palliative Care.
  • Stressful Life Events– Support for events such as breakups, injuries, or the loss of a loved one.
  • End-of-Life Care– Support for clients diagnosed with a terminal illness, complementing formal Hospice Services. Jennifer provides in-person or in-home complementary care and facilitates communication with hospice team members.

Jennifer is a specially trained Registered Nurse, prioritizing comprehensive, personalized support for body, mind, spirit, and emotional wellbeing.
