Made-to-Order Products

All Mild 2 Wild products are custom-made and printed on demand. We work with Printful to produce each item specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, design preference, or change of mind.

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and customization details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue efficiently, we may request clear photos showing the problem.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with Printful’s fulfillment policies.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a manufacturing error or fulfillment mistake. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Since items are custom-printed, returned products are generally not required unless specifically requested by our team or Printful.

Order Accuracy and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and selecting the correct size and customization details at the time of purchase. Mild 2 Wild cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
