      All estimates provided by Apex Renovations Are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, are based on the information available at the time of inspection, and may change if unanticipated conditions are discovered during construction<\/p>\n

      Examples include Hidden water damage, Structural deficiencies, Mold or hazardous materials, Plumbing or electrical issues behind walls<\/p>\n

      Any changes to the scope require written approval through a change order before work proceeds.<\/p>\n

        Deposits & Payments<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Apex Renovations requires a deposit. Deposits secure scheduling, labor, and materials. Progress payments may be required during the project. Final payment is due upon project completion unless specified otherwise in the contract.<\/p>\n

        Failure to make payments according to the agreement may result in Work stoppage, Project delays, and Collection actions were permitted by law<\/p>\n

        Apex Renovations may file mechanics liens for unpaid balances as permitted by Arizona law.<\/p>\n

          Scheduling & Project Schedule<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Project start dates and timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to Material availability, Weather conditions, Permit or inspection delays, Change orders, and unforeseen structural issues<\/p>\n

          Apex Renovations will make reasonable efforts to maintain project schedules but cannot guarantee completion dates.<\/p>\n

            Materials & Product Selection<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Homeowners are responsible for picking materials by the required deadlines.<\/p>\n

            Failure to select materials by the required date might result in Project delays, Rescheduling of work, and Additional labor costs.<\/p>\n

            Material costs may change based on supplier pricing or availability.<\/p>\n

              Site Access & Jobsite Conditions<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Clients agree to provide Safe and reasonable access to the work area, Adequate workspace, and Access to electricity and water when required<\/p>\n

              Clients must remove personal belongings from work areas unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

              Apex Renovations is not liable for damage to items left in active construction zones.<\/p>\n

                Permits & Inspections<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Permits will be obtained as required by local rules. Inspection schedules are determined by local municipalities. Apex Renovations cannot guarantee inspection or approval timelines.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Warranty<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Apex Renovations offers a limited workmanship warranty on completed projects.<\/p>\n

                  This warranty does not cover Normal wear and tear, Damage caused by misuse or neglect, Structural movement, Plumbing or mechanical systems not installed by Apex Renovations, or manufacturer defects in materials<\/p>\n

                  Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials and fixtures.<\/p>\n
