Carlos Benavidez didn’t enter construction by accident. It has been part of his life since day one.Starting in the industry at 16, Carlos discovered that building and remodeling homes was not just work. It was a craft. Instead of staying within a single trade, he spent two decades expanding his skills across multiple areas of construction. This hands-on experience gave him a unique perspective on remodeling and a clear sense of what separates average work from exceptional craftsmanship. But along the way, Carlos saw something that didn’t sit right with him. Too many contractors rushed projects, used inferior materials, and treated clients like numbers instead of people. That realization led him to create Apex Renovations, a company focused on doing things the right way. Today, Carlos still personally oversees projects, ensuring the attention to detail and quality that built the company’s reputation.
