POOL SERVICES

Special offer! Prepay for a full season package including opening, weekly valet, closing, and winter watch and receive 5% discount on the services. Discount does not apply to additional chemicals, parts, or other services provided in addition to the contracted services. Valid until 4/15/25

Opening Services Include:

  • Remove and fold cover/store in a designated area
  • Remove winter plugs and gizmos/store in cover bag
  • Prime and start filter systems
  • Reinstall handrails and ladders if applicable
  • Start up and test heater and pool equipment
  • Add start up chemicals: Algecide, Stain & Scale, Shock

Note: Vacuuming is not included in opening.

Valet Services Include:

  • Skim Surface, empty skimmers, and pump baskets
  • Backwash filter (if equipped) / Clean cartridges as needed
  • Visual Inspection of / test pool equipment
  • Add balancing chemicals
  • Add maintenance chemicals (Additional Charge)
  • Vacuum bottom of pool/spa (includes up to 15 min – for each additional 15 min add $25)

Closing Services Include:

  • Blow out lines, drain equipment, lower pool water
  • Install winter plugs and gismos
  • Break down filters, wash grids/cartridges
  • Remove handrails and ladders if applicable
  • Add algaecide, stain, & scale remover, and shock
  • Inspect filter and discuss service needs
  • Skim surface, net bottom, install cover and cover pump

Note: Vacuuming is not included in closing

Winter Watch Service Includes: Checking pool cover, pump, and water level; checking water chemistry and adding chlorine; and recirculating water for 15 min.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. We try to schedule geographically & all dates are weather permitting. Please make sure everything is accessible for the service techs.

Customer is responsible to bring water level up to middle of skimmer/tile line and to keep pool water at proper level & water chemistry balanced between visits. Additional chemicals besides those included with opening & closing and parts which need to be repaired or replaced are not included and will be billed accordingly.

BBC Pool Service, LLC will use your chemicals if available. If you would like us to deliver chemicals please let us know and we will deliver with service or when in your area. If a return trip is required for repair or service, we will provide an estimate prior to scheduling. Larger pools and pools more than 20 miles from Emmaus may have additional charges.

Credit Card Authorization

I hereby authorize the services described within this agreement, further I hereby authorize BBC Pool Service, LLC to bill the supplied credit card or any previous cards given for goods & services selected or unpaid balances after 30 days from invoice date. Either party can cancel this agreement with 30 days written notice. You agree to pay any balances for purchases or services provided.
