REG4 is a secreted glycoprotein belonging to the calcium (C type) dependent lectin superfamily and the regenerating gene family. Expression of the REG4 in different cell types has been associated with regeneration, cell growth and cell survival, cell adhesion and resistance to apoptosis. The Human REG4 ELISA Kit is designed to quantify natural or recombinant human REG4 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and body or lavage fluid.
