Human CDA
Catalog Number: 118907
Description:
Cytidine deaminase (CDA) is an enzyme involved in pyrimidine salvaging. It is one of the several deaminases responsible for maintaining the cellular pyrimidine pool. CDA is also involved in the metabolic inactivation of anti-cancer drug gemcitabine and cytosine arabinoside (ara-C). The Human CDA ELISA Kit is designed to quantify natural or recombinant human CDA in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and body or lavage fluid.
